Certified Technical Solutions

Certified Technical Solutions (CTS) is a privately held IT company in Concord working with small and medium businesses across central and southern New Hampshire.

The work covers network design and cabling, complete IT management, secure wireless, implementations and upgrades, support and maintenance plans, and offsite data backup. Jobs run from cabling a single site to connecting offices across the country.

CTS also supports dental offices, including Dentrix, Dexis and Sidexis systems, and helps practices go paperless.

Mark, who leads the company, started out in a round-the-clock managed services call center. He went on to work as a senior systems engineer, network engineer and operations manager, and later directed field engineers throughout the Northeast.
