Her integrated session mixes deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching, with Reiki added if you want it. It runs 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

She also offers Reiki, myofascial release, prenatal massage using side-lying positions, and a light-touch Sensory Reset session for unwinding without deep pressure.
